Integration of plasmonic-supported microspectroscopy and microfluidics
Our project aims at the development of sensitive detection modalities in microﬂuidic devices and of in situ structure analytical methods using the help of so-called surface-enhanced spectroscopies. In particular the combinton of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and surface-enhanced ﬂuorescence using one- and multiphoton excitation as well as parametric processes.
