Abstract:

Research Topics: Droplets in high electric fields, electrically forced spreading and wetting, electrical actuation of isotropic and anisotropic liquids
Expertise: Liquid optical interfaces, liquid dielectrophoresis, liquid crystals physics and devices, optical devices, optical coherence tomography
Techniques Available: High voltage device addressing (+/-700V to 50 kHz, 4kV to 1 kHz), fast image capture, polarising microscopy, impedance analysis, microscale photolithography, Mach Zehnder interferometry
Request Expertise: Liquid interface modelling, probes/measurements of liquid optical interface shape
