Project Title:

Advanced holographic shaping of light fields for optical micromanipulation in microfluidic environments

Abstract:

We investigate the use of spatial light modulators (SLMs) based on liquid crystals to create complex light fields for micromanipulation, tailored for special requirements such as handling of large objects, fast control (for real-time applications), or for aberration correction.
