Short-Term Scientific Missions

The COST Action MP1205 will support about 10 Short Term Scientific Missions - STSM – for 2013, for collaboration between Action MP1205 partners. STSM has a duration of 5 days minimum to about 3 months maximum. Although STSM are open to any MP1205 partner, early-stage-researchers will be preferentially supported. Co-financing will be favourably considered.

The application should be submitted via the ECOST website at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the STSM in order to allow the completion of approval 4 weeks prior to the start of the STSM.

    • a full CV, including your top five publications, the number of publications, proceedings, conferences (invited and contributed), posters;

    • a motivation letter, explaining your interest in term of acquisition of new knowledge and the work to be done (the length of this part depends on the duration of the STSM) with expected impact;

    • a financing breakdown: co-financing foreseen or obtained with origin and amount asked;
